Somethings a float in public pools.

Everyone loves taking a good dip in a cool swimming pool in the summers hot days but recent study done by the CDC discovered that in 57 percent of pools they tested last summer tested positive for poop. yes poop. There is a wide number of ways the fecal matter could have gotten in the pool ranging from someone not quite getting it all to full on floaters. This is an alarming amount of pools considering fecal matter can lead to E-coli which is really bad for your health. The main question that has come about from this is how to keep the poop out. Researchers have suggested that swimmers bathe completely before getting into the public pool and those who may be sick with diarrhea simply sit out of the fun.

how would you feel about looking your death in the eye and than hours before your scheduled to die its put on hold. that is basically what happened to Willie Jerome, a man sentenced to death for slaying two college students. the court said they needed to hold off on the execution until further investigation of recent controversies in the case. there was some talk of possible errors in ballistic analysis.  Willies lawyers claim that with recent evidence willie could be cleared of charges. there was also apparent mess up with hair analysis from the scene. Willie was arrested after apparently being caught selling things that belonged to the victims. Hopefully this whole thing will be cleared up and everything will be OK.

social networking is everywhere these days. it seems like children as young as 12 have twitters. its crazy to think about. these millions of accounts are supposed to be protected but recently the Associated Presses twitter account was hacked. the hackers soon after gaining access to this account sent out several false tweets about the White house being attacked. they stated that two bombs were blown at the white house causing president Obama to be injured. this story was quickly corrected but not soon enough to prevent the Dow Jones to go down 143 points. it went back up soon after though. its weird to think how something as simple as a false story can have an effect on the economy.

Earth?

imagine a world with water where ever you need to get it and it is not earth. Recently the Kepler Telescope discovered two planets circling a star right in the zone it needs to be to sustain life. one is on the inside edge and the other towards the outside edge. Both planets are between 40 and 60 percent larger than earth. they are unable to identify any land masses on the planet but are able to identify liquid on the planets surface. this brings hope to the possibility of worlds such as ours and possibly life forms.

North Korean fight

North Korea has finally thrown the first punch to the United States. On Sunday March 31 crew members on a north Korean battle destroyer pulled into Pearl Harbor launching Bags of half eaten sandwiches and raw fish. This pollution comes as a big blow to Pearl Harbor attracting Hundreds of Seagulls and other scavenger birds. these birds have pooped all over the roads causing multiple low speed collisions on local roads. No one has died yet from these horrific slow bangs but its only a matter of time until someone gets a bruise. The United States has already released details for their retaliation. Plans for launching homeless people into North Korean boarders has already been put into action in hopes for raising the population there so much that even the soldiers wont be able to find jobs. One thing is certain though. this is going to be a horrible blood shedding war.

Alien or Fish prank

This winter has been a horrible winter. Snow seemed to have fallen at least once a day through out the country. recently though residence of Eden New York feel they may have had a little more than just snow falling. During one of the last snow storm an Eden resident was looking outside at the pond she lives next to when she noticed strange formations in the ice. it appeared that giant circles had been cut into the snow. No one has been able to explain what caused the ice be this way for the ice was to thin to walk on with out cracking it all. could this be a prank put on by local water enhanceable or a sign from a foreigner from another world. we may never know.

Monkey buisiness

the phrase monkeying around might have a new meaning. On March 19, 2013 scientists have come to the conclusion that teamwork has its roots all the way back to where we have our roots. scientists took chimpanzees and gave them a few simple tools and left them with a task of pulling grapes out of a box. they discovered that the chimps would work together to accomplish a task that interests them both. in some cases they would even swap tools if one uses is better. this shows that our traits as humans stand out more than we thought they did. so whats gonna work? how about a little monkeying around.

Situation with North Korea get nuclear

The most recent threat from North Korea comes with anger and frustration as the UN approve new sanctions against North Korea. The threat was that North Korea will launch a Nuclear attack on The united states and "Engulf Washington in a sea of fire". This threat brings up some thoughts to people. What would the U.S. do if we were attacked by a Nuclear bomb? Would we be able to stop it? or is this just more hot air that North Korea is blowing out because they just do not like America. I feel that as a nation we will find out soon enough what North Korea's real intentions are.

U.S. Troops in Niger

On Friday February 22, 2013 President Barrack Obama sent a letter to congress notifying them of a deployment of 100 soldiers or so into Niger. His reasons for doing so is that the troops are there to "provide back up for intelligence collection." and to also share information with French troops stationed in Mali. This action comes with concern from citizens and law makers. People are wondering what they really are doing there and if there is a threat to national security. i know we all hope this is not anything to worry too much about but many are just hoping the troops come home soon and safe.

Batter Up.

Bats scare the heck out of a lot of people. they flap their wings in the night and if you get a glimpse of them flying over your head it makes you jump a little bit. They are the only mammals that have the ability to fly and they have baffled scientist for a while about their flying ways. Scientists have developed a pair of Robotic bat wings. these wings shine a light on the blind little creature and help open the door for potential small robotic flight crafts. Just imagine hooking up a little HD Camera onto one and flying it around spying on people who think its a creepy little bat.

Hold on Sony Lovers.

There are three major gaming companies around in the United States. Microsoft has the Xbox 360, Nintendo has the Wii, and Sony has the PS3, but soon the PS3 will be needing to step aside for Sony has began to leak details on the PlayStation 4. February 21, 2013 details on the newly designed DualShock 4, and their new Eye Camera for interactive gaming.This new controller design stick close to the DualShock 3 controller and is a better design other than the original design of the DualShock 3 which was shaped like a huge crescent. this was a very disliked design. I know i am excited to see the new gaming advances the PS4 will have.

Robin Roberts comes back.

On Wednesday February 20, 2013 ABC news welcomed a friend back to the studio. Robin Roberts has spent the past few months recovering from her fight with MDS that she won. she was diagnosed with Myelodysplastic syndrome which is a rare blood disorder. For months people all across the country have sent Robin their love and support as she recovered from the very energy spending procedure of a bone marrow transplant. Good Morning America has been following her progress and had updated the public during every important moment of her recovery and finally she returned to the news room with a smile on her face bringing smiles to everyone who saw her.

Star Wars

Well star wars fans its official. Disney has officially announced that they will be releasing 3 new star wars movies. they have also said that J.J. Abrams the director of the new Star trek movies will be at the wheel for the new set of three. they home to have episode 7 released sometime in 2015 and say that everyone at disney is excited. One little bit that they did say is that they wish to have them all released in a 6 year time span but may potentially release movies in between these movies. Personally as a star wars fan myself i am a little worried about what will come of one of my favorite Movie series.

Obama inauguration

Yesterday President Barrack Obama celebrated with the rest of the country his inauguration into his second term of office as the president of the United States of America. the evening started out with a visit to the St. Johns episcopal Church in Washington D.C. the same place he started his first inauguration. hundreds of people lined the streets to see the president be inaugurated and in the parade. then the night came to a lovely end with the Inauguration ball where the president danced with his first lady and ate the food of his people. there was much rejoicing amongst everyone that was their and hopefully it will be a good start for his next 4 years in office

French Ghost

Recently an apparent controversial photo was taken of a french soldier stationed in Mali wearing goggles and a handkerchief with a skull on its face. This photo was seen by higher french officials and they were immediately angered by the "inappropriate behavior" of the soldier and explained that this could potentially give a negative look to the Frenches presence in Mali. they are currently in an investigation to discover who the soldier was. the individual who took the photo has stated he did not think the photo would spark so much attention and simply said that the soldier was not posing for the photo at all and he just saw him protecting his face from dust that was being blown up from a helicopter that was landing.

Obama and dem gunz

President Barrack Obama made a speech yesterday January 16, 2013 about his purposed assault weapons ban. this speech was in response to the sandy hook shooting in Connecticut. this shooting brought horror to a simple community and has scared schools across the nation. Obama's purposal is to ban all assault weapons and limit magazine capacity to a maximum of 10 shots. This comes to the public with mixed emotions. Many American groups have threatened to impeach Obama if he messes with the 2nd amendment but others have found comfort in the thought of limited weapons. in the next couple of months im sure there will be alot people have to say about it.

Secretary of State

The United States current Secretary of State Hillary Clinton recently discovered a large blood clot between her skull and brain. This blood clot was a severe threat to her health which could have caused her to suffer a stroke or die. Thankfully though she was brought to the hospital and received treatment to dissolve  the clot. Doctors sent Mrs. Clinton home January 2, 2013 after seeing that the blood thinners worked and the threat of possible stroke decreased. They say the best thing for her is rest and lots of it. This is not always easily found though in the world of politics though. It is clear though that the American Public wish her a quick and easy recovery.
